Chi-Hwa + Mark’s Wedding: 7/3/2010 – You won’t find someone whose in more time zones in a given week or loves his iPhone as much as Mark. Nor would you find someone whose smile and personality are as infectious as Chi-Hwa’s. These two actually tied the knot in Hong Kong the weekend before, where their wedding made it to the television news (mainly thanks to Mark being the first person in China to get an iPhone 4, merely a day after it came out in the US!).

But what’s better than one wedding? Two of course :). I’m convince Chi-Hwa and Mark have more friends than the total number of photos I’ve taken in my life! They filled the banquet hall of SLS Hotel with several hundred of their family and friends. One of the many unique things about Chi-Hwa and Mark’s wedding was not having a ceremony but just a reception. That meant more time for photos and to mingle with guests. And everyone literally in the house was a doctor, which made for some memorable jokes and laughs.

The theme of the wedding was simply, “Love is never too much.” They had it on their wedding favors, and perfectly described not only Chi-Hwa and Mark’s wedding but their personality for one another. I met this wonderful couple all thanks to Yingka (once again!) of Master Plans – Events and Designs. She and her team did a fabulous job coordinating the wedding (and just taking care of all the vendors).

It’s funny, when I first met CH + M at SLS Hotel about a month+ ago, the first thing we talked about was, you guessed it, our iPads :). On a more serious note, thank you Chi-Hwa and Mark for being so loving, happy, and fun to work with. Have a great time in Tahiti!
