Hanh + Don’s Engagement Session – They met in the 7th grade but didn’t start to date one another until the final year of high school. If waiting 5 long years to be with one another seems difficult, add another 2+ during college, as Don want to Berkeley and Hanh went to school in Fullerton. But the distance brought them closer together, and their love for one another makes them inseparable.

And now, all eyes are on May 14th, when Hanh and Don will tie the knot in front of a few hundred of their family and friends. But earlier today, we all went over to Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica and afterward to the Venice Canals to take some e-session photos :). I loved how Hanh and Don came dress for this special occasion. Being a suit junky, I totally dug Don’s Banana Republic attire, and Hanh looked amazing in her black dress. Being their cool, stylish, and awesome selves, I didn’t have to say much to Hanh and Don as they rocked the session.

Also, both of these crazy kids hold a special place in my heart, as Don’s a diehard Clipper fan like yours truly, and Hanh’s an aspiring wedding photographer. So of course we had Blake Griffin, camera gear, and everything in between as part of our small talk during the shoot. It truly was a fantastic Friday afternoon with Hanh and Don. They way they locked eyes, held each other, and joked around exemplified how much they loved one another.
