Paris, France Engagement Session Photos Part 2: Karen + Steve

Karen + Steve’s Engagement Session Part 2 – Well, well well! Look who we have here again :). It’s my favorite Orange County-Europe connection couple Karen and Steve (has nothing to do with the fact that Steve is a diehard GSW fan so we share the love and pain of supporting a bad NBA team and Karen is just too sweet and sincere!). Last Sunday morning-night or rather Saturday night-Sunday morning for the West Coast peeps, we ventured out to the popular spots in Paris for part deux of their engagement session.

Some of the places Karen, Steve, and I visited were Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysees (where the arc is at), and the ever-classic Musee Du Louvre. In between were random stops and shots inside the subways, alleyways (nothing quite like the ones in Paris!), other monuments, and a carousel ride. Although the weather was much nicer than the last time I shot in Paris, we had to deal with a plethora of people, mainly wondering what on earth we were doing :). Duh, Karen and Steve are getting married! Well, it looks that way based on their stylish outfits. but they didn’t get married in Paris; they’re saving that for this November at Cicada Restaurant in Downtown LA :).

Hope you guys enjoy the second half of K + S’s Paris e-session. I’ll have their London one up hopefully in a week or so. Thanks Karen, Steve, and Steve’s wonderful family (what’s up Steve’s mom, cousin Kathy, and her parents Mrs. and Mrs. Mak) for letting me spend time with you all in the City of Looooove. Au revoir for now.

All the images are exceptional, but this one I think is the best of a whole great series. Excellent work. What was the location for this particular shot (the staircase). Great work.

I really love your use of light in these photos… especially the one that is the same color as the Ninja Turtle ooze… :] Seriously, though, the light MAKES these photos! (well… and being in Europe, haha)
