Patricia + Mark’s Engagement Session – Everyday I’m inspired, and last Thursday, I had a chance to (literally) go into the lives of Patricia and Mark. They were so kind to invite me to their super sweet apartment in Marina Del Rey and share a snippet of their everyday activities. Patricia and Mark met in college and will be tying the knot in just over a month.

Both work crazy hours but always make the time for one another. One of the main reasons Patricia and Mark wanted their e-session at their apt. was because that’s where they hang out a lot, especially after a long day of working. I had the pleasure of capturing them wining and dining, playing some old school arcade games, lounging on the couch, and drinking some beer out of their in-house keg (super cool!).

I didn’t know that Mark is an artist in his spare time. His amazing paintings and sculptures complimented the modern/urban feel of their apartment. I told Patricia and Mark that once they have a chance to settle down after their wedding, I’m going to bug Mark about buying a few of his artwork for my studio. Maybe I’ll get an arcade machine and keg refrigerator for my family and friends when they come by!

It was truly wonderful getting to know Patricia and Mark a bit better in the few hours we spent together. We wrapped up their e-session around the MDR harbor, close to where Mark proposed to Patricia. Thank you both so much for showing me around your place!
