Vasti + Pieter’s Engagement Session Part 1 – Sorry for the delay in posting some photos while in Pretoria/Johannesburg but it’s been a bit tricky getting WIFI on the laptop. I’m currently at a local mall and the Internet here works but is kinda slow :P. Nancy and I have spent the past few days with some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met in my life. Vasti and her fiance Pieter are getting married tomorrow! Yay! They’ve been so kind and gracious to show Nancy and me around their hometown and introduce us to their family and friends.

Last Friday, a day after arriving in Johannesburg and driving a few minutes up to Pretoria, we ventured out to a place called Irene Farm. It’s where Pieter proposed to Vasti just a few months ago. We had lunch there first, where flies and even a few cows hung out nearby :). We also had a few familiar faces join us…Anna and Lonngren (brother of Vasti), were the reasons I met Vasti and Pieter. They flew into Joburg that very morning for the wedding; so great to see you guys again on the other side of the world :).

Well…I gotta split as my MacBook Pro battery is dying :(. But here are a few shots from Vasti and Pieter’s e-session, along with a behind-the-scene video filmed by Nancy Pantsy. More to come soon, including our safari trip out Sun City yesterday and part 2 of V + P’s e-session. Bye for now!
