Shellane + Kenji’s Wedding: 5/22/2010 – An epic first dance; memorable toasts from the best man and maid of honor; gorgeous weather; and even glow sticks? Yup! Shellane and Kenji pulled out all the stops on their big day this past Saturday.

Laughs, smiles, tears, and at times sheer randomness (i.e. “cough syrup” :P) filled the hearts of the guests at the wedding. It was great to learn a bit more about S + K through their loved ones and seeing how much they love and care about them.

Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. And boy can Kenji dance like there’s no tomorrow. I could’ve sworn I saw him on one of those dance reality TV shows :). Some of my favorite moments were witnessing Shellane’s parents’ toast (and how her dad was just not quite ready to give her away yet), one of the bridesmaids’ year-old bag of chips that she wanted to share with everyone :P, and the bride-groomsman switch during the garter toss (poor Kenji!).

To Shellane and Kenji, thank you both for having me document your big day; many wishes, blessings, and love on your next journey together! I hope you’re having a blast in Bali right now :).
