Stacy + Shannon’s Wedding: 6/13/2010 – What started out as a high school crush nearly two decades ago quickly turned into an everlasting relationship. And this past Sunday, Stacy and Shannon took that next leap of faith by tying the knot. I couldn’t be happier for two people!

I was so excited to see all of Stacy and Shanon’s family members and friends surround them the entire day. From the getting ready, where around 20 girls hung out with Stacy in the hotel room, to the beautiful ceremony location at The Arboretum, where everyone else joined Stacy and Shannon, the day felt like a trip down memory lane.

And I can’t say enough of how wonderful Stacy and Shannon were, especially to me. Ever since we first met last Fall and again at the e-session several weeks ago, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed spending time with S + S. There’s a reason why they’ve been together for quite some time. It takes a lot more than liking one another; but dedication, trust, commitment, and sacrifice.

The way Stacy laughs and how she thinks Shannon may be tough on the outside but is a big, soft teddy bear inside; and just how they have a heart of gold and patience with one another that lasts a lifetime. Stacy and Shannon’s wedding was beautiful simply because they are amazing. Thank you both for sharing a piece of your life with me and allowing me to capture it!
