Betsie + Andy’s Engagement Session – Call it luck or fate, but whatever it was, I’m so glad Betty and I drew Betsie and Andy’s name out of the bag for the Wedding Salon Grand Prize Giveaway back in September of 2008. We actually picked out three or four previous couples’ names, but due to already being booked or not answering our phone calls, we had to keep picking. When I called Betsie to tell her she had won and heard her voice over the phone, Betty and I knew we “found” our dream couple to work with.

There were plenty of chemistry and excitement the instant after meeting Betsie and Andy in person. Betty and I had a blast getting to know them and hearing about how they met. You’ll see in the e-session photos below that Andy and Betsie decided to reenact their first date at The Arsenal in West Los Angeles and also how Andy proposed to Betsie: on the Ferris Wheel at Santa Monica Pier! There’s no doubt the electricity that’s running through each kiss and hug that Betsie and Andy give each other is totally off the charts.

I know I say this a lot but I truly mean it every single time: I’m SO thankful to meet the sweetest couples ever. As I walked back to my car after working with Betsie and Andy around 9PM, I told myself I wouldn’t want my Saturday evening to be any other way than hanging out with this wonderful couple. I just LOVE Andy’s warm smile and kind-hearted personality along with Betsie’s beauty sweet character. They compliment each other so well and are no doubt seriously in love! See you guys again in early June, I can’t wait :).
