So I wrote a pretty lengthy post but accidentally closed the window! Argh. Well, this past evening, Trini threw her birthday bash at Saint Rocke in Hermosa Beach, with performance by her good friend Joshua James (def check out his stuff; I”m listening to his tunes as I type this…for the second time :P). It was just truly wonderful to celebrate Trini’s birthday and also see some of my closest friends and colleagues. Saint Rocke reserved a spacious area for all the guests. We had yummy food, drink, and music…what more could you ask for right?
There’s so many amazing things I can tell you about Trini. She is one of the very few people I truly admire, respect, and have motivated me to do the very best I can in this crazy wedding world. Not only is Trini an amazing planner and coordinator, but she’s simply someone I completely trust and enjoy working with. I always look forward to visiting her beautiful studio in Downtown Long Beach for client meetings, working on our various projects, or just to say hi. We kid how I should just move in with her and Gary since I’m there practically everyday! Or perhaps consider being her neighbor, hmmm :).
The venue was nice enough to let me sneak in my camera for some photos. Check out the star-studded line-up that showed up to Trini’s birthday bash. Starting off is La Dawna (one-half of IOBON Cinema), make-up extroardinaire Solana, the birthday girl herself, and one of IOBON and Trini’s awesome bride Adrianna:

Not to be outdone by Team Sol and Migz, my sister and brother from other mothers. These crazy kids knew me before everyone else; I met them at my first 2008 wedding and are two of my closest friends now (literally and figuratively!).
